History:
Dante was presented for a two-day history of lethargy, inappetance, and dyspnea with intermittent open-mouth breathing. He is normally a very active cat, but has been very unwilling to move for the past two days. Other history includes one episode of collapse associated with play activity witnessed several months prior, and allergic dermatitis, for which he is being managed with a hypoallergenic diet and antihistamines (chlorpheniramine). |
