Signalment: 12 year old, Male, Doberman Pinscher
Presenting Complaint: Coughing, tachypnea, and lethargy.
Presenting History

4 months prior noted coughing and laboured breathing that lasted one week. No treatment at that time. Has had several similar episodes since then. Last night, laboured breathing, difficulty lying down, coughing, and retching. Has been lethargic for several days.
