Signalment: 5 months, Female, Ibizan Hound
Presenting Complaint: Murmur evaluation and exercise intolerance (two weeks).
Presenting History

The owners report no vomitting or diarrhea, and that she is able to sleep throughout the night, mainly on her side. The owners also report that she is drinking and urinating frequently and has a history of bladder infections. She is apparently smaller than the rest of her litter-mates. The dog had no apparent difficulty breathing and is not currently taking any medications.
