Signalment: 4 years old, Male Castrated, Mixed Breed
Presenting Complaint: Bailey presented with a poor body condition. His mucous membranes were pale pink and moist. He had normal heart sounds along with a normal rhythm, and there were no abnormal lung sounds. All other physical examination findings were normal.
Presenting History

Bailey presented with a chronic history of vomiting, which has increased in frequency over the past 6 weeks. Owners report that Bailey has always had a sensitive stomach due to a high worm burden as a puppy. Over the last month, Bailey has experienced marked weight loss. There is no history of respiratory difficulties.
