Signalment: 11 year old, Female Spayed, Doberman Pinscher
Presenting Complaint: This dog presented as part of the Doberman study.

Physical examination revealed harsh lung sounds and a grade 4/6 heart murmur.
Presenting History

The referring veterinarian was planning to do a dentistry on the dog, but was concerned about her heart murmur.

In addition, the owners noted that she had been coughing for the last couple of weeks.
