Signalment: 11.5 years, Neutered female, Border Collie
Presenting Complaint: She presented for a markedly reduced appetite, restlessness, and being very anxious on the day of presentation.


Presenting History

A one week history of diarrhea, inappetence, and increased drinking and urination. A two week history of exercise intolerance and lethargy. She also has a 3-5 year history of a systolic heart murmur. She was on no medication at the time of presentation.
