Signalment: 9 yrs, spayed female, Birman
Presenting Complaint: Presented to the CARE Centre (Calgary, Alberta) for anorexia of 3 days duration and respiratory distress.


Presenting History

Two weeks ago she presented to her veterinarian for a ruptured anal sac abscess. She has been noted to be "lip smaking" intermittently of late and several weeks of progressive lethargy.
