Signalment: 6 year, spayed female, Maltese
Presenting Complaint: Presented to the CARE Centre in Calgary for continued cough for the past 6 months.
Presenting History

She was diagnosed with heartworm disease in 2007 when she was appropriately treated for adult larvae and later microfilaria.
