Signalment: 9 YR, intact male, mixed breed dog
Presenting Complaint: Oral mass; Coughing
Presenting History

Pepper presented to an oncologist for further work-up concerning an oral mass. He also had a history of a heart murmur since being a puppy and has recently started coughing at home. A cardiac work-up had been declined previously.
