Signalment: 13 yr 9 mo, Male castrated, Shih Tzu
Presenting Complaint: Severe respiratory distress, fairly unresponsive and dyspneic.
Presenting History

One week history of coughing. Exercise intolerance for the previous 6-12 months. Past three weeks have shown decreased appetite, weight loss. Taken to emergency clinic 2 days previous for respiratory distress.
