Presenting Complaint: Urinary incontinence, polyuria and polydipsea
Presenting History

Longstanding polyuria and polydipsea. Intermittent diarrhea and incontinence. Moderate tartar, deafness and stiffness in the hind end. Had a bout of pancreatitis.
