Signalment: 2 years old, Castrated male, Mixed breed
Presenting Complaint: Left hind lameness, fever, lethargy and inappetance.
Presenting History

Two months ago had porcupine quills that were removed. One month later presented to rDVM for fever, lameness, lethargy and inappetance. Was treated with fluids, cephalexin, and dipyrone but has continued to deteriorate over the last month.
