Presenting Complaint: Scheduled recheck for pimobendan in DCM and congestive heart failure study.
Presenting History

Was diagnosed with occult DCM two years ago. Last week his owner noticed tachypnea, cough and weakness. His current treatment includes ACE-inhibitor, sotalol and furosemide.
