Signalment: 6 year old, Castrated male, Golden Retriever
Presenting Complaint: Lethargy. vomiting, and collapse.
Presenting History

A three week history of lethargy, vomiting, and tachycardia. Also has had two "collapse" episodes. Referring veterinarian placed him on sotalol for treatment of VPCs
